    To married daughters Anne Harriet, wife of Rev Canon Lowndes, Mary Cecilia, widow of Rev Thomas Dauberry and Helen Mackenzie, wife of Frederick Chamberlain, and to sons Joseph Kaye, William Kaye and Arthur Kaye, and to unmarried daughter Alice Vivian Kaye such a sum of money as, together with any portions or shares of the family estate they may have recieved or become entitled to under the trusts of the testator's marriage settlement or their own marriage settlements, will make the sum of £5,000 each. As son James Kaye received considerable advances in his lifetime and his children will become entitled to to a sum of £3,000 under their father's marriage settlement, they are given no further benefit by this will. The legacies to married daughters to be paid to the trustees of their respective marriage settlements. Real and personal estate to sons Joseph & Arthur on trust to sell to pay legacies; any remainder to to son Joseph. Exectutors: sons Joseph & Arthur Kaye. Witnesses: William Henry Heale, clerk in holy orders and Charles Eaton, butler to Mrs Kaye. 9 May 1887 Codicil Furniture, jewellery, plate, books and household effects at Tetworth Hall specifically bequeathed to son Joseph Kaye. Witnesses: Henry Bywaters, gardener to Mrs Kaye and Thomas Jakes, butler to Mrs Kaye.
