    Appoints eldest son, Walter Thoroton Kaye, and brothers Joseph Kaye and Rev Arthur Kaye as executors and trustees. Appoints said brothers and sister, Alice Vivian Kaye, guardians of such children as may be under age a ttime of his death. Desires to be buried in simple and inexpensive manner in same grave as deceased wife at Everton. All estate vested in trustees for the benefit of children. Witnesses: Frances Woollery Nixon and J.R.B. Dove. First Codicil: £100 bequeathed to Ann Nightingale of Eaton Socon, formerly nurse to children. Second Codicil: to Newton R. Smart - three pictures of Mr Briggs and the Salmon, to John Rigby - two C. Grays works, found in 2 volumes, to D. Stewart Smith - 'my Isaac Walton in one volume', all to be handed to them free of duty.
