There is no conveyance for this purchase, [the title can be supplied from abstracts made at the time of the conveyance of the whole estate in 1841-42; see RH9/21 pg.46] Ampthill Enclosure Award: -one plot on Ampthill Warren, 1 acre which was set out to William Cook in lieu of part of right of common for freehold tenements in Bedford Street then in his own occupation and which said Earl has since purchased of said William Cook :N. and W. one of the said allotments to the King and to the Earl as lessee : part E. allotment to said Earl : part S. and part E. close in occupation of James Boughton :further part E. other allotments to said Earl : rest E. allotments to the King and to the Earl as lessee, and to rector, churchwardens and overseers :S.
