C) Will of Thomas Swinscoe (died 1 July 1902) appoints Harriet his wife and Alfred Samuel Swinscoe as Executors and Trustees on trust for his wife then to Alfred Samuel Swinscoe for life (subject to Annuities to grandchildren) (since redeemed).
