Elizabeth was the sister of Thomas James Hooper. She lived at Ilfracombe, Devon in the house in Adelaide Terrace, where her mother had lived up until at least 1893. By 1896 she is recorded as living in Biggleswade, presumably at her brother's house. She died on 29 May 1914 at Portland House, Ilfracombe. Her assets were £4,806,3s.9d.
