    1) Sarah Tustin Fraser, the wife of Alexander Donald Fraser of Fyrish Lodge, New Barnet, Middlesex, Clerk in the Bank of England. 2) A.D. Fraser (as above). 3) Elizabeth Sarah Hooper of 5 Adelaide Terrace, Ilfracombe, Devon, Spinster (Mortgagee), recites the Will of Samuel Taylor of Biggleswade, Saddler (died 5 July 1875). Appoints William Randall of Biggleswade, Gardener trustee and executor of his Will. He bequeathed 20s per week each to Edith Litchfield, Mary Ann Marriott and Anne Thorne. Residue to Randall as Trustee for Sale. Money raised to be equally divided between the children of testator's brothers and sisters namely James and Thomas Taylor, Edith Reed and Sarah and Ann Illsley when 21 and Charlotte Randall and Anne Taylor (last two to have shares as if they were nieces). Made 8 December 1874. Codicil 2 July 1875. Proved Northampton District Probate Division, 4 August 1875. Recites death of brother James Taylor on 2 September 1855 leaving one child S.T. Fraser. Recites death of brother Thomas Taylor on 24 November 1860, leaving two children; Ann Garner (who married Henry Howard Chorley and died 14 August 1874) and Mary Ann (wife of Reuben John Kemp and is over 21.) A third child Sarah Creamer Taylor died when she was a week old. Recites death of testator's sister Ann Illsley on 5 October 1837, leaving three children Samuel Taylor Illsley, Harriet Taylor Stoot and Mary Taylor Illsley (all now over 21). Recites the death of testator's sister Sarah Illsley on 7 December 1874, leaving three children: Harry Taylor Illsley, William Taylor Illsley, William Taylor Illsley and Sarah Ann Taylor, the wife of John Avory. Recites the death of testator's sister Edith Reed (Note. Inconsistencies in the spelling of the surname; sometimes Reid) on 2 December 1886 (she married firstly Samuel Reid at St. George's, Bloomsbury, Middlesex on 26 September 1831). She had ten children of whom five are still living in 1893: Samuel Taylor Reed, Ann Taylor Reed, Emma Ellen Taylor Turner, Mary Taylor Newman and Sarah Robinson, all of whom are over 21. Charles Carrington is the representative of Eliza Ann Taylor Carrington, who died 12 August 1871. Edith married secondly Jonathan Litchfield at the Registry Office, Biggleswade. Recites Legal Case, Jane Taylor Illsley versus William Randall. 1881. Recites the death of Ann Marriott on 30 March 1885 but Ann Thorne is still living. 1) Mortgages a) her share in the residue of the Estate of Samuel Taylor and interest of her mother Charlotte in £300 on her death.
