    Recites: RO27/3 whereas: John Duke of Bedford Now deceased afterwards purchased of said Lord Bruce all said premises (except advowson of Church of Maulden) Recites: RO27/10 and Deed Poll Endorsed thereon Deed Poll 24 March 1753 Endorsed on RO27/12 Deed Poll 23 March 1765 Endorsed on RO27/12 Francis Tregagle late of New Inn, Middlesex late of the City of Bath esquire deceased appointed Thomas Whichcot esquire and Sir Francis Whichcote baronet executors; Thomas Whichcote alone proved will February 1759 and survived Sir Francis Whichcote and since died leaving part of said estate unadministered; by will appointed William Barnard executor who proved same November 1766 in Prerogative Court of Canterbury and is since dead; by will appointed wife Theodosia Maria executrix who died in his lifetime and administration of goods of said Francis Tregagle left unadministered has not yet been granted so he Now has no legal representative whereas: John Duke of Bedford is Now entitled to said premises and remainder of term of 500 years therein; cannot make complete title thereto for want of legal representative of said Francis Tregagle deceased to assign remainder of term to protect the inheritance Now: John Iggulden is named on behalf of said Duke of Bedford and there is Now granted to him administration of goods of Francis Tregagle deceased limited only as concerns premises comprised in Deed Poll of 14 March 1752 and residue of term of 500 years therein
