said John and William have received £5,000 provided for the portions of the younger children of said marriage whereas: John Earl of Waldegrave and Augustus Keppel are both dead; Lord Keppel was the survivor and by will dated 24 December 1786 appointed i) executors will was proved in Prerogative Court of Canterbury Recites: Lease and Release 29 and 30 September 1790 (i) Francis Duke of Bedford (ii) George Rogers, Timothy Brett (iii) Lord John Russell, Lord William Russell (iv) Edward Moore of Stockwell, Surrey esquire (v) Peter Moore of Hadley, Middlesex (vi) Samuel Price of Lincolns Inn, Middlesex esquire Consideration: £3,000 paid (i) by (iv), (i) conveyed to (iv) and (v) and the heirs of (v) -messuage and other premises in Stockwell (Surrey) in trust for (iv) (ii) at request of (iii) and nomination of (iv) assigned, and (iii) quitclaimed to (vi) said premises for residue of term of 500 years discharged portions of (iii) in trust for (iv) whereas: trust limited to John E Waldegrave and Lord Keppel is performed Now: I) and II) assign and II) quitclaim to (III) -premises in within Indenture except those conveyed to Samuel Price as aforesaid that the term of years may be extinguished and merged with the inheritance Witnesses: John Gotobed, Temple;
