    Recites: Indenture 30 January 1723/4 (i) James Quilter citizen and soapmaker of London, one of the executors and residuary legatees of will of Thomas Quilter late of Stepney, gentleman deceased (ii) John Otgher, executor of will of John Nesbett (iii) Thomas Taylor reciting mortgage: i) John Nesbett ii) Thomas Quilter (now deceased) -premises in Codicote and elsewhere in Hertfordshire on which £400 principal was due, £200 of which was the money of James Quilter and £200 was money of Thomas Taylor (i) in Consideration of £200 paid by (iii) assigned to (iii) -said recited mortgage and premises therein contained for residue of term of 900 years repayment by (ii) to (iii) of £410 Recites: RO19/11-12 whereas: Thomas Aynescombe has agreed to purchase from John Bassam and Elizabeth -premises as in RO19/20-21 NOW: i) at request of Thomas Aynescombe assigns to Marshe Dickinson -all right in said premises to hold for remainder of term of years in trust for Thomas Aynescombe to attend the inheritance this is not to apply to premises in Codicote, Hertfordshire assigned to Thomas Taylor for securing repayment of £400 Signatures: i) ii) iii) iv) Witnesses: James Maxwell; Edward Atton; Anthony Ewer; John Harrison; Arthur Darnweant; J Wheatley; John Hun junior Endorsement: No.23
