    Will: "being somewhat indisposed in body" -to grand-daughters Katherine, Elizabeth and Sarah Otgher a gold ring each of value 20s -to Mrs Katherine Langenmantel and her daughter Alice Langenmantel and Mr Justus Otgher and Mr Abraham Otgher, a gold ring each of value 20s -to Mr John Wheatley senior and Mr John Wheatley junior his son, each a gold ring of 20s value -to Mrs Southam, mistress of a boarding school where 2 eldest grand-daughters lodge, a gold ring value 10s -to son in law Mr John Otgher 2 freehold farms and lands in Upper and Lower Sundon, Bedfordshire for term of his life -to said grand-daughters Katherine, Elizabeth and Sarah Otgher (subject to dower of now wife Elizabeth) all freehold premises in Codicote, Hertfordshire, and Marston Mortaine, Millbrook and Lidlington, Bedfordshire, and Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire and reversion of said 2 farms in Sundon after death of John Otgher; if any grand-daughter die without issue, her share to go to the other, in default, to wife Elizabeth for life and then to said Mr John Otgher -said premises (except 2 farms aforesaid in Sundon) to be charged with interest on principal sum of £600 and also with payment of £50 per annum part of the said principal sum -residue to said 3 grand-daughters -said John Otgher executor jointly with grand-daughter Katherine Otgher Witnesses: John Cooper, Edward Gew, John Beaumont Probate: Prerogative Court of Canterbury granted to John Otgher, executor power reserved to Catherine Otgher the other executor Endorsement: No.15 [for another copy of this will and the conveyance of the Sundon estate see T42/533-537]
