    Parties in cause as in RO14/61 in pursuance of RO14/63 the following account has been taken Personal estate of Rupert Billingsley at death (schedule I) £ 6,108 17s 8d Disbursements by Mary (schedule II) £ 371 6s 5d Residue £ 5,737 11s 3d Legacy to daughter Bridget £10,000 said residue £ 5,737 11s 3d Deficiency £ 4,262 8s 9d (paid William Belasyse from personal estate of Mary 16 August 1732) Interest on deficiency from then to 16 June last at 4% + £ 1,165 1s 4d Total deficiency of personal estate of Rupert for said legacy chargeable on Marston estate £ 5,427 10s 1d 28 July 1735 death of Bridget Belasyse, William Belasyse took account of profits of estate at Marston Pilling received by James Eckersall and profits he has received since her death are set out in schedule III totalling £582..10s, which is charged to said James Eckersall; his expenses therefrom from death of Bridget are in schedule IV totalling £175..7s..4d, which being deducted leaves £407..2s..8d Recites RO14/65 purchase of real estate for £5,450 Pages 12-14 details of costs, totalling £286..0s..8d Account of personal estate of Mary Billingsley and profits of real estate at Marston to death of Bridget Belasyse and the Long Annuities William Belasyse alone is entitled to surplus of personal estate of Mary Billingsley and profits of real estate to his wife's death; James Eckersall accounted with him for personal estate and profits to his satisfaction and Long Annuities having been subscribed by Rupert to South Sea Company in 1720 the produce thereon was £2,310 in South Sea Stock £1,700 in South Sea Bonds and £25 in money which are not part of the personal estate of Rupert; William Belasyse admits full profits of said annuities have now been paid him page 18.
