Samuel Strickson of Haughton Street, St Clements Danes, Middlesex, gentleman, aged 40 5 deeds poll dated 13 August 1713: deponent recognises Signatures of John Dovey late of Clements Inn, having been this deponent's master and Jonathan Hill, deponent's fellow clerk; Dovey dead about a yare; Hill some years page 7. Winifred Honour, spinster, aged 44, housekeeper at house of late Admiral Hosier on Blackheath, Kent. concerning publication of Rupert Billingsley's will which she Witnessed, at which time deponent and Elizabeth Ballard, now Elizabeth Mitchell, were servants to said Rupert Billingsley page 12. Elizabeth Mitchell, aged 51, wife of Anthony Mitchell of Petty France in parish of St Margaret, Westminster, taylor, knew Rupert Billingsley who died December 1720; she Witnessed his will page 18. John Lamley of St Martins Lane in the Feilds, Middlesex, hosier, aged 50 was Witness to will of Rupert Billingsley; this deponent then lived as servant to Mr Watson an agent to some regiments in the next house to the said testator's dwelling house in Pall Mall Court in Pall Mall page 24. Mari Gardere, spinster aged 28, living with Mrs Mary Mainwaring in Rathbone Place in the parish of Marylebone, Middlesex was Witness to will of Mary Billingsley together with John Dovey who wrote the will and the man servant William Griffith who came last into the room but the deponent cannot remember whether he was there when Mary Billingsley signed the will page 31. the Interrogatories [i.e. the questions to which the above depositions are answers; do you know the parties in this cause? etc.]
