    Will: as in RO14/58 viz: Will: Mary Billingsley of Pell Mell Court, St James, Westminster, Middlesex. widow -to be buried in Dryton [?West Drayton] Church, Middlesex as near late husband and child as possible -£50 to sister Jane Eckersall for her own use without her husband -£900 to nephew George Eckersall after death of said Jane Eckersall -£30 per annum to sister Johnson and after her death to cousin Stephen Downes for life -5 guineas per annum to cousin Mary O Hanlon -£10 per annum for life to old coachman Peter Hart -£10 per annum for life to cook maid Alice that now lives with executrix -£20 to William Hart son of said Peter Hart to set him out apprentice as soon as he shall be fit -£5 to every servant with testatrix at time of her death -£100 to Rupert Dovey, godson to testatrix's husband -£100 to Christopher Billingsley when he comes to England and £10 to Elizabeth Rutter -£10 each for mourning to sister Bridges and her 6 children and to cousin Stephen Downes -£200 to trustees hereinafter named to dispose as they think fit, not less than £10 to be paid to any one family and desires that Nurse Butterfield may be one to have a share thereof -appoints Thomas Uthwatt esquire, John Eckersall esquire and James Eckersall esquire trustees to see will performed and gives them £100 each and gives John Dovey £10 for mourning -£20 to poor of Dryton aforesaid -£100 to Marchioness of Annandale -residue to daughter Bridget Billingsley; in case she dies before reaching majority then devises same to said trustees to lay out £6,000 to build a hospital and maintain so many seamens' widows as they shall think fit, at Dryton. If said daughter die unmarried she is to be buried there; residue of said £6,000 to be divided amongst sisters of testatrix Witnesses: Mari Gardere, William Griffith, John Dovey
