    recital as to // in RO14/63 Recites RO14/58 and RO14/59 in November 1727 Administration with will annexed of goods of Rupert Billingsley deceased left unadministered was granted to James Eckersall for use of saisd Bridget until majority. William Belasyse married said Bridget who before she attained 21 died leaving daughter Bridget Belasyse and by reason of her death administration of goods of Rupert Billingsley granted to James Eckersall ceased; administration of goods of said Bridget Belasyse née Billingsley and administration with will annexed of goods of said Mary Billingsley left unadministered by said Bridget, have been granted to said William Belasyse. Trustees claim that as Bridget died a minor the residue of the estate of Mary Billingsley became vested in them in trust for the uses before set forth William Belasyse and his daughter Bridget filed Bill of Complaint in Chancery v. Thomas Uthwatt, John Eckersall and James Eckersall; Catherine Uthwatt (wife of Thomas), Sydenham Malthus and wife Ann (which Catherine and Ann are half-sisters of said Mary Billingsley); Elizabeth Bridges,widow and Margaret Johnson, sisters of said Mary; Christopher Arnold, administrator of Jonathan Watson, who was a surviving trustee of aforesaid deeds poll; George Eckersall son and heir of Jane Eckersall (wife of James Eckersall) deceased who was sister of said Mary Billingsley deceased; Attorney General who insists on said charities being performed. William Belasyse wanted account of his said wife's personal estate and the right of Bridget Belasyse therein preserved. Cause heard 11 February last, referred to the Master to take account of the personal estate of Rupert Billingsley deceased that an administrator (with will annexed) of those goods may be appointed. William Belasyse has renounced administration of goods unadministered of Rupert Billingsley now: administration with will annexed of goods of Rupert Billingsley left unadministered by Mary Billingsley (only to attend said Master in taking account) granted to John Spencer Colpeper 23 Jun 1738 Will: Rupert Billingsley of St James, Westminster, Middlesex esquire -all real estate and personal estate to wife Mary -estate to be subject to payment of £200 per annum for maintenance of daughter Bridget until she attains 18 years and subject to £10,000 at age of 18 -if wife remarries then £5,000 to said daughter at 18 -wife guardian of said daughter and executrix of this will Witnesses: John Lumley, Winifred Honour, Eliza Ballard dated: 8 Oct 1720
