B) Freehold former copyhold called Little Martin's Farm (19acres 2roods 26poles) and Cold Norton or Bullocks Farm (22 acres). C) Advowson of Rectory and Parish Church of Ovington and Chapel of Albright with Rectory and Parish Church of Tilbury near Clare, Essex. D) 1 acre, 0roods, 28poles part of land called Footpath Field, formerly 2 closes called Maswell, near Hounslow, Isleworth, Middlesex. Abuts north west London, Staines and Windsor Railway, east land E) below, south land of Paul and James Webb, west Whitton Road. E) Piece of freehold land (10 acres 0roods 25poles) abuts north, Heath Lane leading from Hounslow to Isleworth, east and south land now or heretofore of Lydia Gosling and --? Webb, west land lately belonging to J.P.Pownall and T.H.W. Glossop (D) above, north west, London, Staines and south west railway. F) Leasehold interests in C) and D).
