Enclosed bill of costs [not attached] is delivered as Sir James Pennyman did not consider himself liable to pay it. Charles Hoare, a co-trustee with SW, will not act without authority. Thinks it right that the ladies should pay it. Tried to get it out of Sir James; if he gets any, he will pay it into the Misses Pennymans' account.
