    i) Right Honourable Maurice Lord Haversham, Baron of Haversham, Buckinghamshire ii) Thomas Marriot of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex esquire Thomas Armstrong of Houghton Conquest esquire and wife Frances Sir John Every of Eggington, Derbyshire, baronet, whose late wife Martha was one of the daughters of the Right Honourable John late Lord Haversham deceased and late sister of i) John Bickford of St John, Wapping, Middlesex esquire and wife Honourable Dorothea Joseph Feild, citizen and carpenter of London and wife Honourable Hellena (late Hellena Gregory, widow) Honourable Althamia Thompson of London, spinster (which Hellena, Frances, Dorothea and Althamia are also 4 other of the daughters of said John Lord Haversham) Thomas Wilson of the Middle Temple, London esquire Edmond White of St Paul, Covent Garden, Middlesex esquire and wife Honourable Katherine (another of the daughters of the said John Lord Haversham) iii) John Hambleton of Castle Yard, London esquire Francis Brace of Town of Bedford, gentleman iv) William Goodhall of Town of Bedford, gentleman John Pennington of the same, gentleman Recites: Marriage Articles 10 July 1668 (i) Maurice Lord Thompson esquire, late father of said John Lord Haversham (ii) Arthur Earl of Anglesea, Baron of Newport Pagnell and one of the Lords of the Privy Council marriage intended between John Thompson, son of (i) and afterwards Lord Haversham and Lady Frances Windham, one of the daughters of (ii) and widow of John Windham esquire deceased (i) covenanted to settle mortgaged estates in Bedfordshire and in Essex and Lancashire on John Thompson and (ii) to use of self, John Thompson and male heirs remainder to with power to raise up to £5,000 each for the portion of daughters Recites: Deed Poll 11 Januiary 1703/4 by Arthur Annesley a younger son and administrator with will annexed of goods of said Lord Anglesea left unadministered by Elizabeth late Countess Dowager of Anglesea, relict and executrix of said Arthur Earl of Anglesea. Reciting above recited marriage articles and will of (i) [see RO9/1] 8 daughters of John Lord Haversham were then living, viz: Hellena Feild, then wife of Thomas Gregory, rector of Toddington, Bedfordshire Honourable Elizabeth Grainge, wife of Joseph Grainge of St Margaret's Westminster esquire Frances Armstrong, then Thompson, spinster Mary Annesley, wife of Honourable Arthur Annesley of Cambridge esquire Martha Every, then Thompson, spinster Dorothea Bickford, then Thompson, spinster Althamia Thompson, spinster [sic: Katherine has been omitted] only the portion of Elizabeth Graing had been paid. Since late Earl of Anglesea had not made any appointment of his daughters portions and his heir at law was still a minor, said Arthur Annesley appointed that £1,000 each should be paid to said Hellena, Frances, Mary, Martha, Katherine and Dorothea and Althamia and £100 to said Elizabeth to be raised out of said mortgaged premises within 6 months after death of said John Lord Haversham Recites: Indentures 30 July 1705 and 23 April 1707 i. John Lord Haversham ii. Thomas Armstrong, Thomas Marriot appoints that £1,200 with interest of 5% from his death to be raised for daughter Hellena; £2,000 to be paid to Sir John Every as portion of Martha and £2,000 for daughtere Frances wife of Thomas Armstrong (to be laid out as directed in their marriage articles); £2,000 each to daughters Dorothea and Althamia; said sums charged on estates at Houghton Conquest and at Cockram, Lancashire which i. demised to ii. for 500 years and remainder of term of 99 years i. subsequently revoked portion of Hellena Recites: Will of John Lord Haversham Recites: Indenture 30 April 1713 i..
