only the portion of Elizabeth Graing had been paid. Since late Earl of Anglesea had not made any appointment of his daughters portions and his heir at law was still a minor, said Arthur Annesley appointed that £1,000 each should be paid to said Hellena, Frances, Mary, Martha, Katherine and Dorothea and Althamia and £100 to said Elizabeth to be raised out of said mortgaged premises within 6 months after death of said John Lord Haversham

A marginal note beside Bickford's share says "now Bosworths" which is deleted and "Wyats" added; there is also a note at the end of a Bargain and Sale of the same date and premises, uses and considerations on the back of which was a note that all the old title deeds were left in Captain Armstrong's hands
