Lord Grenville has asked for time to consult Lords Buckingham, Stafford & Carrington. Thinks he will carry the point about Lord Manners. Will put a veto on Lord Chatham. Asks if SW will consent to Grenville retaining the salary as auditor. Lord Holland agrees.
