- Date free textFebruary 1810
- Production dateFrom: 1810 To: 1810
- Scope and ContentThe Prince [of Wales]'s letter to Percival, which he saw with Percival's answer, is feeble, timid & ill-expressed. The ministers are not those the Prince would have chosen. This, Adam & Sheridan say, was meant to express his necessity of continuing ministers he had no confidence in. Percival reads it to mean restrictions on the regency. Percival replied that he trusts the temporary suspension of the royal power will not disable the members in the execution of their duty.
