With regard to Lord Grenville's speech to the Danish expedition, writer gives his opinion on their equipment. Lord Gambier could not touch the equipment outside the arsenal owing to the capitulation. Encloses Sir W Rule's report as to the number of ships we have available. Has received orders to build 10 flat - bottomed boats. Gives their description. Details the work to be done on the Danish ships. William is looking better. Mary & children well.
