- TitleCharles Grey, [then Lord Howick], to Samuel Whitbread II
- Date free text5 December 1806
- Production dateFrom: 1806 To: 1806
- Scope and ContentHas received great pleasure on the publication of the correspondence with [Sir Francis] Burdett [about Middlesex elections, see W1/1958 - W1/1966/2]. The result has been highly honourable. Burdett's conduct did not surprise writer, as he shows that every generous instinct in his heart is dead. Asks that Brand may be told that Freemantle is not to blame. Everything was settled for Lord Enniskillen's borough, but an opposition arising to his brother in the county of Fermanagh, he retained him for the borough to retain the seat.
