- Scope and ContentRecites: RO2/92 whereas: for better securing payment of the interest of the £300 to said William Chaderton, the said Thomas Gurney together with Thomas Money, father of the said Thomas Money, entered into bond in £200 conditioned for the payment of the said interest. whereas: i) is willing to indemnify ii) against any loss now: i) grants and assigns to ii) all redeemable right and equity of redemption in the £600 and the 1/3 of the surplus of the said profits if i) pays said Chaderton the principal and interest as specified, these presents to become void Signature: i) Witnesses: Samuel Massey, Susan Farrow Endorsement: In Chancery, between John Crouch and others and Ann Baroness Dowager of Gowran and others this Indenture was produced to Susannah wife of William Wells, at examination in the cause 19 January 1741/2 before : Goddard Urlin, Henry Horton, William Aveling
