    Recites: will of Edwin Denbigh of Ampthill, gentleman deceased dated 26 March 1719 by which he devised, amongst other things, to wife Anne in lieu of dower, £30 per annum out of: -manor of Redding alias Howend and all his lands etc. in Houghton Conquest and Millbrook out of first year's rent of aforesaid estates gave to daughter Susan £30; devised said premises to John Crouch and Edward Bigg both of Lidlington in trust to pay aforesaid annuity and bequest of £30 and to pay during lifetime of wife residue of profits to daughters Mary (wife of Edward Money, gentleman), Ann (wife of Stephen Woodifield, clerk) and said Susan, in equal portions. £600 to said Susan after decease of wife by sale or mortgage Recites: RO2/91 Whereas: marriage took place and Susan is since dead without issue and so Thomas Money is during life of said Anne Denbigh entitled to 1/3 part of the surplus of said rents and on her death entitled to said £600 Now: consideration: £300 i) assigns to ii) his interest in aforesaid premises and aforesaid sums issuing from them to i) by aforesaid will and Indenture. Repayment: £315 viz: £7..10s on 11 February next, £307..10s on 11 August 1722 Witnesses: Samuel Massey, Thomas Keale Endorsement: In Chancery, between John Crouch and others and Ann Baroness Dowager of Gowran and others this Indenture was produced to Edward Tomlinson, gentleman and Stephen Woodifield, at examination in the cause 19 January 1741/2 before : Goddard Urlin, Henry Horton, William Aveling Endorsement: many receipts for interest up to August 1739
