Sent to J Cheetham, Norfolk. Message reads: 'Dear John Just a few lines hoping you are all quite well. Thomas is busy now in his garden setting bulbs. He has bought a lot of young fruit trees so will have quite an orchard. Do you think of going home for Xmas. Let me know. Charlie.' [On the 1901 census the rectory is occupied by Edward William Watson, the rector, Charles Adams, the gardener, and Louise Adams the housekeeper.]
