(a) 3 acres in Bridge Field in the common fields of Luton now or late in the occupation of John Coles, abutting: highway from Luton to Round Green on one side; close of land lately conveyed by Matthew Coles, deceased, on the other side; land formerly of Mr Dalby and now or late of Thomas Procter at one end; land formerly of Mr Ewer and now of Samuel Chase at the other end
