    Recites: Indenture 23 June 1714 (RO5/339) Indenture 1 June 1727 (RO5/351) Deed Poll 29 January 1753/4 Endorsed on above Indenture whereas: Gray Arnald late of Town of Bedford gentleman, died many years since and by will appointed John Thurloe Brace esquire sole executive and wife Catherine Arnald residuary legatee; John Thurloe Brace renounced probate and execution and Catherine Arnald renounced Administration with will annexed; in February 1723 Administration with will annexed was granted to Francis Brace a principal creditor of the deceased, who died leaving part unadministered. whereas: Right Honourable Elizabeth Vassall Dowager Lady Holland, Right Honourable Henry Edward Baron Holland (now residing in the City of Florence and acting by William Currey of Old Palace Yard, Westminster his attorney) and Charles Richard Fox are only persons entitled to freehold of said premises at whose request there is now granted to Wilmer Wilmer - Administration of goods of Gray Arnald deceased left unadministered as far as concerns the interest of the deceased in the aforesaid premises for residue of term of 1,000 years
