Scope and Content
The London-Cambridge Junction Canal committee intended to join up with the Grand Junction Canal & directed a survey to be made, but lack of means induced them to stop their branch at Whaddon on the North Road. They agree to continue, with the cooperation of Bedfordshire, the line that will join the Grand Junction at Woughton, and will do all in their power to further the scheme.
