    i) John Cherry of Houghton Conquest, yeoman, only surviving trustee for the premises hereinafter granted ii) His Grace Francis Duke of Bedford Right Honourable John Earl of Upper Ossory Thomas Potter of Ridgmont esquire Reverend William Pearce, D,D. and Rector of Houghton Conquest John Seabrook of Maulden, yeoman John Armstrong William Seabrook Titus Cherry James Redman William Gurney William Baker, all of Houghten Conquest, yeomen in performance of charitable trust for the use of the poor of Houghton Conquest intended by late Reverend Thomas Archer, formerly Rector of Houghton Conquest - 2 closes or pightles of pasture in How End in Houghton Conquest called the Poor Pightles 6 acres : N.E. and W. land of Earl of Upper Ossory : S. lane from How End to Millbrook now in occupation of William Ansell ii) also extend trust for £30 which is out at interest on a note of hand with John Seabrook of Houghton Conquest also £10 out at interest on a note of hand with William Ansell which arose from the timber which was sold out of the aforesaid Poor Pightles also for the estate in Aspley Guise being 4 closes together with a barn standing on one of them and 6 acres dispersed in the common fields, now enclosed, of Aspley aforesaid, the rents and profits of which are £7..5..0 p.a.
