also for the estate in Aspley Guise being 4 closes together with a barn standing on one of them and 6 acres dispersed in the common fields, now enclosed, of Aspley aforesaid, the rents and profits of which are £7..5..0 p.a. [marginal note: now 11 guineas p.a.] these are for repairing the School and Almshouse in Houghton Conquest aforesaid; residue to be given amongst poor people who live in said Almshouse.
