Aspley Heath : W. road from Aspley to Birch More and Woburn - 6 acres in the common fields ... 3 acres 2 roods in the Mill Feild ... 2 acres 2 roods in the Field next Crawley [full abuttals given] Memorandum: the estate at Aspley cost £140 which sum was given by Edmund Wylde esquire to be laid out in a purchase, the rent of which was to be expended in the repairs of the Grammar School and Almshouse and remainder to be distributed amongst the widows in the said Almshouse for the time being, as appears in the will of said Edmund Wyld in Doctor’s Commons, London. Present tenant is Robert Sinfield who is obliged to keep the barn in repair at his own expense; rent 5 guineas and the land tax when at 4s in the pound, 20s p.a.
