to use of Joseph Pulley of Ampthill, surgeon and apothecary who is now admitted

Letter of Attorney from Joseph Pulley authorises Ezra Eagles of Ampthill to surrender
- aforesaid premises (cottages and allotment)
to use of John Northwood of Maulden, mealman and Vincent Wallis of Town of Bedford, yeoman in trust to sell the same
Homage present that on 23 February 1813 Joseph Pulley by Ezra Eagles his attorney surrendered premises out of court to said John Northwood and Vincent Wallis who were admitted at this court; in Consideration £730 they surrender the same to the use of William Stonbridge of Pulloxhill, dealer in straw plait, who is now admitted

Manor of Ampthill within the Honour of Ampthill
Homage present death of William Stonbridge who had surrendered premises to use of his will. Will dated 16 March 1816, bequeaths to Samuel May and J C Boddington and Elizabeth Stonbridge his executors, all his property whether real or personal for the benefit of wife and children, to be disposed of in the best way. Witnesses: Hugh Ransom, John Hague and Evan Jones. Executors admitted at this court to hold on trusts as declared in aforesaid will.
Homage present that on 16 January Samuel May, John Compton Boddington amd William Baker of Houghton Conquest yeoman and wife Elizabeth, late wife of said William Stonbridge in Consideration of £320 to them paid by William Beech of Ampthill, gardener, surrender aforesaid allotment to use of said William Beech who was admitted.
