    Recites: RH2/46 whereas: Samuel Candish died 23 May last Mary Candish his wife is still living Henry Candish Millard, Edward Candish Millard, Elizabeth Millard (minor) and William Henry Millard (minor) are the children of i) i) wish premises bequeathed to said Grace to be settled on uses now: i) covenant to levy fine of: - messuage on E. side of road in Millbrook with yard and appurtenances - orchard or pightle belonging reputed to contain 2 acres - piece of ground in Sandfield 2 roods 15 perches : part N. Church Lane : rest N. formerly James Boughton : E. Lord Holland : W. aforesaid close all lately estate of Samuel Candish deceased - allotment of freehold land in Washbrook Field 6 acres 2 roods : part E. ancient enclosure of Reverend George Cardale as rector of Millbrook : rest E. and part S. ancient enclosures late of Samuel Candish deceased : rest S. land late Samuel Candish : W. Right Honourable Lord Holland : N. George Cardale as rector of Millbrook awarded to Samuel Candish at Enclosure fine to enure to ii) on trusts as in recited will except such of the premises as were for the benefit of Grace Millard during the joint lives of her and Mary Candish subject thereto to use of ii) for ever on trusts hereinafter declared further: i) agree to surrender - copyhold messuage now in 3 tenements with appurtenances formerly Ruffheads and now in occupation Richard Askew, Abraham Summerfield and others, situate W. of the street in Millbrook, 30 perches - copyhold close called Home Close, W. of said street containing 1 acre 26 perches - copyhold spinney adjoining said close 2 acres 3 roods 12 perches all held of the manor of Millbrook and purchased by Samuel Candish deceased of George Row and wife and whereto Samuel Candish was admitted at court 24 October 1787 on surrender of George Roe and wife - plot copyhold land in Washbrook Field 3 acres : E. ancient enclosure late Samuel Candish : S. 1st allotment to Mathew Wilcox : W. 1st allotment to late Earl of Upper Ossory : N. 1st allotment to Samuel Candish deceased held of the Manor of Millbrook; awarded to Samuel Candish deceased at Enclosure of |Millbrook for estate purchased of George Roe and wife all which home close, spinney and plot are in occupation Ambrose Platt and others - copyhold pightle in Millbrook called Thillands 3 acres 7 perches : S. Houghton Road : W. allotment to Reverend George Cardale : N. and E. allotment to Catherine and Richard Edwards held of the Manor of Millbrook and purchased by Samuel Candish deceased of Thomas Harris and Nathaniel Whitbread devisees in trust under will of Ann Roberts, to which Samuel Candish was admitted at court 6 June 1803 on surrender of said devisees - copyhold cottage now in 3 tenements in Millbrook containing 1 rood 7 perches, formerly in occupation Ann Goodman, widow and since in occupation Thomas Roberts senior, and now – Brrightman, James Edridge and Hasey Goodman - homestall and homestead and close belonging and near adjoining 1 acre - plot in Sandfield 3 acres 28 perches : part E. ancient enclosure James Boughton now devisees William Bates : rest (small part) E. and S. devisees of William Bates : part W. George Cardale : part W. ancient enclosure late Samuel Candish : rest W. and N. ancient enclosure late Earl of Upper Ossory and now Lord Holland held of the Manor of Millbrook and were purchased by Samuel Candish of the aforesaid devisees of Ann Roberts, to which Samuel Candish was admitted at court 6 June 1803 which premises are now in occupation Charles Austin, John Kingston and others to use of ii) on trusts expressed in will of Samuel Candish except such of the premises as were for the benefit of Grace Millard during the lives of her and Mary Candish; subject thereto, to ii) on following trusts: on trusts as Grace appoints, remainder to her for life for her separate use, remainder on trusts for said children Witnesses: David Lee Willis, Jeremy Willis, Charles Austin Copy attested by Charles Austin and E Austin
