    Recites: RH2/46, /48 whereas: Mary Candish died 29 June last ii) have paid legacies of £500 each to Henry Candish Millard and Edward Candish Millard recites: RH2/57-8 now: i) appoints that ii) shall stand possessed of principal sum of £1,400 mortgage debt secured by mortgage of premises in Soulbury, Buckinghamshire 10 November 1812 i) Dame Sarah Lovett of Liscombe House Buckinghamshire, widow and relict of Sir Jonathan Lovett, Elizabeth Lovett, Letitia Lovett, Arabella Lovett all of Liscombe House, spinsters, the only children of said Sir Jonathan Lovatt ii) Samuel Davis iii) Charles Austin (named for the purpose of receiving interest of said premises) for term of 1,000 years recites : Assignment endowment on said mortgage dated 10 May 1814 ii) by appointment of i) assigns to Samuel Candish - said term of 1,000 years subject to redemption which remains due to ii) as executors in trust to take interest for use of i) as long as she indemnifies iii) on account of said 2 legacies payable to Elizabeth Millard in November 1826 and William Henry Millard in 1829 Signed: i) ii) Witnesses: Thomas Gorring, Leighton Buzzard, linen draper, John Sharland, Leighton Buzzard, gentleman, Charles Austin, stationer, Ampthill, William Batterson, carpenter, Ampthill Copy attested 26 March 1842 by Joseph R Hanvar and Edward A Hulbert, clerks to Henry Hanvar, Law Stationer, Furnivals Inn, London
