- Scope and Content- to Samuel Davis of Ampthill, gentleman and Edward Smith of Marston, gentleman, all real and personal estate on trusts: to pay wife Mary £200 p.a. for life and to permit her to reside rent free in dwelling house in Millbrook with yard and garden which testator purchased of William Roffe; any residue of profits to be paid to daughter Grace wife of John Millard of Leighton Buzzard, gentleman during the life of said wife £500 each to grandchildren Henry Candish Millard, Edward Candish Millard, John Gay Millard, Elizabeth Millard and William Henry Millard at ages of 21 to be paid after death of wife. £20 each to said trustees after death of wife all premises to said Grace Millard subject to aforesaid legacies trustees to assure said premises to her - wife Mary and said trustees, executors Witnesses: Charles Austin, William Sheard, Thomas Randall Codicil appoints John Morris of Ampthill esquire trustee and executor jointly with aforesaid trustees Witnesses: J Boughton, W Sheard, John Cook Probate: Prerogative Court of Canterbury by executors named in will
