    for sale of: - Manor of Ampthill and appurtenances, rents of copyholders etc. - 14 stalls in Ampthill Market Place - Butchers Shambles now or late in occupation of Edward Bloefield late bailiff of said manor - profits and tolls of fairs and markets in Ampthill, all parcel of the Honour of Ampthill - manor of Millbrook with appurtenances parcel of the Honour of Ampthill, with rents of copyholders - certainty monies, perquisites of courts within the said two manors and lands etc. as shown of annexed map. Advowsons reserved to Crown Which premises are part of the land, revenues of the Crown within the ordering of the Court of Exchequer and were last granted (except such alterations as were made at the Enclosure of Millbrook) by George III by Letters Patent dated 11 February 1773 to Gertrude Duchess of Bedford, Caroline Duchess of Marlborough and Robert Palmer esquire devisees in trust of real estates of John late Duke of Bedford for life of Honourable John Russell, esquire called Lord John Russell, in reversion of lives then in being under former Letters Patent, which lives are since extinct; rent £50 p.a. which rent shall continue payable to the Crown notwithstanding sale of said premises. consideration:£14,561..17..1 enrolled: 27 June 1820 Two maps (Ampthill and Millbrook) annexed also Schedule which gives number on plan, occupier, description and quantity.
