Habendum: - to be held in fee simple Schedule: 11 October 1893 - indenture of conveyance betwen (i) John Cook, Samuel Cripps Oliver and Henry Hudson; and (ii) Edmund Rollings. 6 June 1900 - as above 11 July 1900 - indenture between (i) John Rollings, Walter Rollings, Hetty Dyer, Robert Rollings, Eliza Ann Proverbs and Lizzie Dightam; and (ii) Jeffrey Rollings
