    Recites A) Will of John Pain of Maulden, wheelwright, dated 29 September 1842, by which he appointed James Maddams, victualler, and Samuel Burrows, carpenter, both of Clophill, as executors; and devised to his wife Sarah the house in which he lived, and all the residue of his property to his executors, in trust, as to his dwellinghouse in Maulden in occupation of Wilder Daniel to be leased for one year, and then conveyed in trust for his grandchildren, the said George and John Cooper, Hannah Caton and Caleb Cooper as tenants in common. B) Codicil to said Will, dated 21 November 1844, not affecting the said devise. C) Death of said John Pain in March 1846. D) Deaths of John Maddams in November 1846, and of Samuel Burrows in May 1847, leaving the said John White Burrows his only son and heir-at-law]. ... A cottage (lately erected by said John Pain) on part of a parcel of ground 2 roods 5 perches, formerly in occupation of Nathan Linford; and a piece of garden ground (the remainder of said plot), formerly in occupation of said Wilder Daniel. (To hold to said Charles Moore to such uses as he shall appoint; and in default of such appointment to use of said Charles Moore during his life; and after determination of such estate, to use of said John Green during life of said Charles Moore in trust for him and his assigns; and then to use of said Charles Moore his heirs and assigns for ever).
