(To hold to said John Payne for ever, to such uses as shall be appointed; and in default of such appointment, to use of said John Payne for natural life; and after determination of that estate, to use of said Isaac Freeman during natural life of said John Payne, in trust for prevention of dower; and then to use of the said John Payne his heirs and assigns for ever).
