(To hold to use of John Morris senior and Joseph Morris as tenants in common for ever). C) Lease and Release, dated 4, 5 December 1822: Thomas Harrison of Pavenham, Samuel Harrison of Kempston, and James Harrison of Pavenham, yeomen, to John Morris senior and Joseph Morris. ... a cottage (in 2 tenements) with yard adjoining in Pavenham. (To hold one moiety to John Morris and the other to Joseph Morris for ever). D) Agreement for partition, dated 9 June 1827, between the said John Morris senior and Joseph Morris; by which John Morris senior agreed to take the property as described in the first schedule [hereafter abstracted], and Joseph Morris the property described in the second schedule [hereafter abstracted].
