(To hold to said Charles Moore to such uses as he shall appoint; and in default of such appointment, to use of Charles Moore and assigns during his life; and on determination of that estate, to use of said John Green during life of Charles Moore on trust for said Charles Moore and assigns; and on determination of that estate, to said John Green to use of Charles Moore his heirs and assigns for ever).
