Notice (marked "B") that application to be made to stop up of footpath leading from Drovers Way in Houghton Regis to West Street, Dunstable and replace it with a new highway or footway starting at the same point and extending easterly to Mount Street, Dunstable and a second highway or footway extending south-east from the middle of the new footpath to West Street.
