Stopping up of footpath leading from Drovers Way in Houghton Regis to Dunstable, starting at a point in Leighton Gap Field and extending easterly to West Street, Dunstable. To be replaced by a new highway or footway starting at the same point and extending easterly to Mount Street, Dunstable and a second highway or footway extending south-east from the middle of the new footpath to West Street. Part of removal and replacement of old footpath network due to construction of Victoria Street, Princes Street, Chiltern Road and Cross Street North and extension of Albion Street and Union Street by British Land Company.
