    [reciting: 20 April 1754 (i) William Goldsmith (deceased) and Elizabeth (ii) Ambrose Reddall which recited: Marriage settlement of William Goldsmith and Elizabeth Nodes, 22 August 1744. William Goldsmith to John Salusbury and John Deare in trust -- annuity of £60 charged on the Manor of Chalton alias Chaulton, from death of William Goldsmith, for life of Elizabeth Articles of Agreement: 17 December 1753 William Goldsmith agreed with David Willaume of Tingrith, esquire for sale of the Manor - £3360.10s.0d and agreed to secure to Elizabeth and son William £1000 Old South Sea Annuities.] William Goldsmith senior died 8 March 1755 leaving William Goldsmith only son and heir. Ambrose Reddall at instance of Elizabeth Goldsmith has sold part of the Annuities and purchased for £570 the messuage, granary close etc. [as in BS2275] from Francis Herne, in trust. William is since of age. Ambrose Reddall at direction of William Goldsmith to Elizabeth Goldsmith release of interest in property as above. Witnesses: John Bates, Robert Smith.
