-- ground on which a barn formerly stood which granary and ground were formerly occupied by Daniel Gutteridge as part of his farm.
-- orchard adjoining the messuage late in the occupation of William Martin @ 30 shillings per annum
-- Langleys close, Luton, adjoining the messuage (4 acres) in the occupation of Elizabeth Goldsmith widow @ £10 per annum
