To brother John Gibberd, vicar of Sharnbrook and cousin Richard Williams of Neithrop, Banbury, in trust for son William Gibbard, -- rectory or parsonage of Sharnbrook with all lands etc. in Sharnbrook and Odell; and property in Banbury, Oxford: if default of William's issue to daughter's Hannah, Elizabeth and Susannah Gibbard and to son John. Household goods etc. to whoever is in possession of the dwelling house at the time of his death. To brother John Gibberd, property in London, to be sold. To son John and daughter Susannah £300 each. To brother John (executor ) £100. To cousin Richard Williams £50. To cousin Ann Thompson annuity of £5. To Elizabeth widow of late cousin Timothy Gibbard, annuity of £5. To children William, Hannah, and Elizabeth "" such plate, watches and jewels as did belong to me before my marriage with my last wife"" To son John and daughter Susannah plate etc. which belonged to their mother.
