    Recites that in his will he has given all real estate at Sharnbrook and Neithrop, Banbury, to son William, who is now in the East Indies "and the uncertainty when (if it should please God if he shall live) he shall return", bequeaths property therefore to daughters Hannah and Elizabeth until son John comes of age; if son William chooses to remain in East Indies, daughters to pay him £100 per annum.
