i) William Linsley, Tyson Place, Kingsland Road, Middlesex, watch maker; ii) Thomas William Hinds, Slough Lane, Haggestone, St Leonard's, Shoreditch, Middlesex, cabinet maker; i) Leased to ii); - piece ground on West side of Slough Lane, Haggerstone; East, said lane; North, in west end James Saltwell; South, William Rhodes; in the East front as in the West side 80ft; on the North as on the South side 100ft; - messuage, shop, stable etc - all premises in a lease dated 24 March 1809 between James Saltwell, gentleman, and John Osborne, carpenter (registered 1st April 1809 B 3 No 421) except those in lease of 19 May 1813 between John Cunningham, gentleman, and George Frost, bricklayer; term - 51 years and one half of another year wanting 14 days, from 29 Sept 1827; yearly rent - £42; 'which Indenture of Lease as the executor thereof by the said William Linsley and Thomas William Hinds is witnessed by George West of 6, Fredericks Place, Old Jewry in the City of London, Gentleman. T W Hinds hereby requires the same to be registered as Witness his hand and seal'
