    i) Thomas Whalley, Lightford Houses within Broughton, Lancashire, yeoman, and wife Pris (Pris Whalley is one of sisters and co-heirs of Nicholas Aspinwall, Bedford, clerk); ii) John Baine, Treals, Lancashire, yeoman; Thomas Wilson, Newhouse Hall within Gooseuargh, Lancashire, yeoman; iii) John Whalley, Wood Plumpton, Lancashire, yeoman (2nd son of i)); consideration - £50 paid to i) by iii); i) releases to ii): moiety of - dwelling house - 12 acres land belonging in Maulden, now in the occupation of John Godfrey - dwelling house and garden In Maulden, now in the occupation of Mary Underwood, widow - the Windmill, with one brewhouse and three stables In Bedford, in the occupation of Thomas Hornbuckle - White Hart, with one shop, 2 stables, 1 barn, 1 orchard etc in Bedford - Mins Orchard In Bedford, in the occupation of Tim Bouker - dwelling house In Bedford in the occupation of Reverend Mr Gambell - dwelling house with barn etc In Bedford in the occupation of Thomas P[r]igmore - garden in Bedford in the occupation of William Groaves - dwelling house with backside etc at Watford, Hertfordshire in the occupation of Mrs Moody, widow; covenant to levy fine; ii) to stand seized of the premises for 200 years on trust. Profits to be used for benefit of Pris Whalley. Pris may by her will charge the premises with the payment of not more than £100 for the benefit of her daughter, Ann Whalley.
