    i) William Faldoe, senior, Bedford, gentleman (executor of the will of John Faldoe, gentleman, deceased) ii) William Faldoe, junior, Bedford, grocer; Consideration - £230; i) Agrees to bargain and sell to ii) - Messuage in Bedford which i) bought of Mr Hill, now divided into 2, and in the occupations of i) and ii); ii) Within 12 months of such sale at request of i) or of Mr Faldoe, inferior, son of i) will make over his claim in - Messuage in St Marie's parish, Bedford, next the Bridgefoot - Acre land at the Butts, Bedford, sometime the property of William Faldoe, father of i), to William Faldoe, inferior; ii) Shall permit i) to have to his own use the monies secured to John Faldoe, deceased, and to i) by mortgage from John Lylley; And in like manner money secured by Pecocke and Pecocke to Mr Wagstaffe who afterwards transferred his estate in the mortgaged tenements to said John Faldoe; ii) Will pay to i) on 20 July next - £30 part of said purchase money; In lieu of £200 residue ii) agrees to release to i) - Legacy of £200 given to ii) by will of said John Faldoe; ii) Releases to i) - £500 given to ii) by said will upon a contingency mentioned in said will; ii) Claims that same will never be claimed or demanded; i) may until Lady Day next occupy such part of above messuage as he now occupys and such use of the yard and kitchens as he now has, paying £3 yearly; ii) At Midsummer for holding the rest of the messuage since Lady Day last, shall pay to i) - 50s; Signature William Faldoe (ii)?)
