Now i) grants to iii) in trust: freehold property as in schedule; copyhold property to be surrendered into hands of Lord; leasehold property; personal estate. To hold on trust for sale and to invest proceeds or buy property. Income to be paid to i) and ii) during their joint lives, then for survivor, and then for children.
